Are you a skilled sailor with a love for teaching and a passion for the open water? Mallorca Sailing Academy is currently seeking experienced sailing instructors to join our dynamic team. As one of the leading sailing schools in Mallorca, we provide comprehensive training and certification programs to aspiring sailors up to coastal skipper level.

Requirements:

• RYA Instructor Qualification for Sail (essential)
• Experience in training and instructing (preferred, but training can be provided to qualified instructors)
• Keelboat endorsement and PB2 Instructor Qualification

Responsibilities:

• Conducting sailing lessons and courses for individuals and groups to full RYA standard
• Providing practical and theoretical instruction on sailing techniques, safety procedures, and navigation skills
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all abilities
• Assessing and evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Ensuring the safety of students and equipment during training sessions
